Larlebee

Lost your phone?

Lock your Larlebee account.

If your phone was lost or stolen, or someone may have your SIM card or your email, lock your account here. You don’t need to sign in.

For a number in another country than the one you’re in, start with + and its country code.

What happens

  • Every phone and computer is signed out at once, and its notifications stop. Nobody can sign in, not even with the phone and its SIM.
  • You and your family’s admins are told, by email and text message.
  • Nobody gets into anything through this page. It only ever locks.

Coming back

  1. If your phone was taken, call your mobile network first, to stop the SIM card and get your number back.
  2. Call a relative who is on Larlebee: an admin of your family, or close family. When they’ve spoken to you, they open your profile and choose Help back in. They get a code to read out to you.
  3. On your new phone, sign in with a code by text or email as usual, then type your relative’s code.

You need both: a thief with your old phone has the first, never the second.

No relative to call? If your account was locked from this page, three days later you can come back on your own: sign in with a code by email, and choose Come back on my own. A code by text isn’t enough on its own. Or write to the Larlebee team from the Privacy Policy page and we’ll help.
